The best way to build your "kitchen" ingredients is deciphering what your favorite cuisines are and then go from there. This will not only help you save money, be organized, cut down your cooking time, and BUILD your wellth by eating super healthy stuff that YOU love to eat! So below are some of my TIPS on building your ASIAN PROFILE Ingredients:

BASIC:

• Tamari Sauce, Soy Sauce, or What I use...the Low Sodium Bragg Live Foods Liquid Aminos Sauce

 Rice Vinegar

•Organic Red Chilly Pepper

•Organic Toasted Sesame Oil, I buy mine from Spectrum

•Black Pepper

•Ginger Root

•Seaweed

•White Miso

ADVANCED:

• Lemongrass Paste - if you like this flavor...I get the one by Gourmet Garden 

•Scallions

 

Once you have some of these basic ingredients in your kitchen, it is easy to make anything with that flair...for example:

- Asian Slaw

-Asian Tacos

-Moo Shu Veggies

-Asian Salad

-Cold Asian Pasta Salad
