No need to explain why ketchup rocks, but I will tell you why organic ketchup is important, because it is made with organic sugar not corn syrup. I use ketchup on SO MANY of my dishes because it is quick and who has tomato paste lying around on the fly? I use it in soups, curries, and of course sandwiches. So yum!
