Love it on salads, Asian slaws, soups...on everything!
Ginger is one of those ingredients that add so much to a dish. I love using it with my asian dishes including slaws, summer rolls, miso soup, coconut curry broth, Pho, sushi and also with my indian inspired dishes…Mulligatawny soup, curry broth, and vegetable soups. I also love using it on salad dressings, in juices, sauted with mushrooms…I really really love it with a lot of things!
