Mild taste and super healthy!
Parsnips are very mild in flavor but a great source of nutrients and texture to a dish. I love it eating it raw in slaws, in summer rolls, in soup, with dips…it’s a nice compliment to many dishes. I also like juicing it along with my fav veggies to give me a great nutritious
boost!
