Before adapting to a plant-based lifestyle, I loved ordering Moo-Shu pork. So I re-crafted the concept into this GF/Vegan/Nut-Free Moo-Shu Style concoction to be yummy but healthy at the same time. It is super easy and quick to make, and once you make it, you can eat it in a wrap, or as a side dish, cold or hot, perfect for busy people that want something delish on the fly!
