This Pho-bulous dish is aaamaaazing! I love an excuse to use a Wok so this was perfection! But you can make it in regular large pan. This dish is all about building a broth that is delicious but most importantly really nutritious! FYI, I like to use a lot of vegetables and herbs to build the broth with nutrition and bold flavors but you can edit down if you want. It is all about tweaking to fit your style. That's why this dish is fun to do it as an "event" with your family or friends. So yummy!!! Enjoy!
