I wanted to create something new, refreshing, and creamy to satisfy my obsession with salads and raw bowls. So I created this Tahini Ginger Apple Dressing that is to die and layered over some of my with my fav veggies and it is soooo good! You can eat this dressing in a salad, assemble your own veggies bowls, eat it as a dip with veggies, or as a sandwich spread...the options are endless! Voila!
